In the hour of my death call me and bid me come unto Thee, that I may praise Thee with Thy saints and with Thy angels forever and ever. Amen.
This well-known prayer dates its origin from the first half of the fourteenth century. In regard to its authorship all we can say is that it was, perhaps, written by John XXII. 'Tis one of my favorite prayers.
