Anima Christi

Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O good Jesus, hear me. Within Thy wounds, hide me. Suffer me not to be separated from Thee. From the malicious enemy, defend me. In the hour of my death call me and bid me come unto Thee, that I may praise Thee with Thy saints and with Thy angels forever and ever. Amen.

Introductory Remarks

This is my blog, and it is pea green, so as to remind me of my favorite soup (split-pea and ham).
This is not a blog for overly intellectual musings. I will try to focus on interesting historical morsels in relation to Christianity, and more specifically, Catholicism. I tend to overpunctuate (I especially enjoy parentheses) which is something I inherited by pure blind luck from my father (along with one dry foot that launched my career into the foot sciences) -- Thanks Dad.
