Anima Christi

Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O good Jesus, hear me. Within Thy wounds, hide me. Suffer me not to be separated from Thee. From the malicious enemy, defend me. In the hour of my death call me and bid me come unto Thee, that I may praise Thee with Thy saints and with Thy angels forever and ever. Amen.

The Traditional Anglican Church

I don't have much time of late, so I've been linking to some interesting articles. Here's another

The Traditional Anglican Church is relatively small, only about 500,000 members worldwide.
What I found interesting is that they are in talks with the Vatican to seek communion with Rome possibly by establishing a semi-autonomous Anglican Rite. I wonder what implications would follow if an Anglican Rite were formed within the Catholic Church? Would more traditional Anglo-Catholic parishes try to break away from the Anglican Church and return to Rome? Would many more traditional Anglicans follow who wished they could become Catholic but couldn't bear to leave their beautiful Anglican Liturgy and heritage? Personally, if there were any way to form an Anglican Rite I would love to see it happen. I'm sure such a thing would be very complicated and I'm not sure if it could happen. I guess it's wait and see.
