Interesting. Today I listened to a portion of a lecture by Msgr. William Smith on WLOF discussing Ratzinger's LETTER TO THE BISHOPS OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH ON THE PASTORAL CARE OF HOMOSEXUAL PERSONS from 1986.
